    The SELLER declares that the certificate of location is expected by end of March 2025. The BUYER agrees to accept Title Insurance at the expense of the SELLER should the certificate of location be received after the agreed upon signing date. It is the BUYERS responsibility to choose a Notary who will accept arranging the Title Insurance in this instance.
